TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE FULLY READ ALL OF THE BELOW BEFORE YOU GO FORWARD WITH COMMISSIONING ME:ART TOS:
All payments will be made through Ko-Fi. If any issues arise, I may make exceptions to take payment directly through PayPal, however it will be treated as a last resort. Ko-Fi takes PayPal as a payment method, so don’t fret if PayPal is your primary.Please always send a clear, digital reference of your character(s). I won’t work by description or traditional references/doodles, except for in the case of custom designs. If you provide an unclear reference for me to work from, additional fees may apply.Communicate thoroughly with me, and let me know of any changes, additions, or notes you have about the commission or character involved. I will make up to 5 changes in each step of the process, and only during that step. If you ask for a change to the sketch once I’ve already lined, I will have to decline, and so on. Specific requests should be specified upfront, as it helps me to keep them in mind while I work! If you exceed 5 changes, I will have to charge for further edits made to any given piece. You are allowed to group your changes in one message, and that will still count as "one change". Do not abuse this rule.I will mostly work on a first-come, first-serve basis unless otherwise specified, although I can and will refuse a commission for any reason. I’ll always be clear with you why this may happen, however.Turnaround for your piece depends highly on the artwork itself and current queue, but averagely commissions will be completed within a month to two months of starting. You’re welcome to ask for updates, just please be considerate and don’t spam, you’re likely not the only person waiting on something from me. If you would like your commission done sooner, you're welcome to request a rush fee (+20% of the total), but having a rush fee does NOT mean you can spam me for updates. Please do not ask daily, if you've paid a rush fee, I have your commission in mind and I will contact you as soon as there has been progress made.I will not be offering refunds. Art is a luxury, so if you’re not certain you can afford it, please don’t buy it. This is my job and how I make money and afford to live, so regardless of the situation, I will not offer money back.Once the commission is completed, you’re more than welcome to repost the piece with proper credit always! I can be credited on any of my listed socials, but Toyhou.se is always preferred. Under no circumstances can the art I create for you be used commercially, nor should you EVER trace, copy, or claim it as your own.Using my art to train AI is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and if I find out that you are doing so, you will earn yourself a permanent block and ban from purchasing, viewing, and interaction with my art and pages.If you failed to have read any of my terms, you are liable. I will not make exceptions on any of my rules because you “didn’t know”.NSFW TOS:
When inquiring about an NSFW commission, I require UPFRONT proof of age. I will under no circumstances discuss or consider an NSFW commission with a minor, I don’t care if your birthday is tomorrow. If I have any reason to suspect you are lying about your age, I will refuse service to you for the foreseeable future. I will not work with liars, and I certainly won’t work with minors. Please abide by the law, it’s important and keeps everyone involved safe.It should go without saying that I will not do any NSFW art involving illegal activity, and if you ask, you will certainly be blocked. Art involving bodily waste is also not tolerated.

Below you will my pricing model for reference sheets and custom designs. Custom Designs

Custom Designs are priced the same way reference sheets are (mix-and-match based on what you want included), only with a +$30 design fee.If you just want a custom without a reference sheet, then refer to the base price of a single fullbody under the reference sheet category!
